Build muscle, lose fat, and manage your blood sugars with the support of your diabetic personal trainer, dietitian, and fitness community. You’ll show up for live, virtual fun and personalized small group workouts that have been planned for you. You’ll learn how to manage your nutrition while eating the foods you love!

$55 per PT session / $220 monthly
